UNITE WITH US

There are normally between 600 and 700 men and women that are housed everyday at the Greensboro jail off of Edgeworth St. in downtown Greensboro and the High Point jail off of E. Green Dr.  Thousands of people drive by these buildings everyday, most of them not giving a second thought to the people locked inside.  Within are men and women created in the image of God; created by him to flourish for his glory.  The work of Unite Guilford is to minister to these men and women in such a way that their lives would flourish, bringing glory to God through Jesus Christ.  Find out below how you can UNITE with us to make this a reality!

Volunteer

Unite with over 200 men and women from Greensboro and High Point churches to keep the gospel proclaimed in the jail through small group Bible studies.

Our volunteers are scheduled to come in once a month during one of our three weekend time slots.

How to become a Volunteer

  1. Make an appointment with Chaplain Solomon in Greensboro to fill out a volunteer application.

  2. Attend one of our quarterly new volunteer orientation meetings.

  3. Accept an open time slot from the Chaplain and begin volunteering
